Jim’s academic credentials are as impressive as his professional ones. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, with highest honors, from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. This solid academic foundation, paired with his practical experience, equips him with a holistic understanding of the security landscape.
As a Certified Illinois Law Enforcement Officer, Jim brings a unique perspective and invaluable insights into our operations. His tenure in the Illinois Army National Guard further underscores his dedication to serving and protecting the community.

Jim's specialized training portfolio is extensive and varied. He's received training in Interviews and Interrogations from John Reid and Associates, giving him a keen edge in investigative scenarios. In addition, he has undergone specialized training in handling hazardous materials (Hazmat), investigating workplace violence, and addressing domestic violence. These competencies allow him to navigate complex situations with proficiency and discretion.
